Apex Solar, Inc was founded to help PG&E Customers in the Sacramento area reduce
their electric bills by installing clean Solar Electric Systems.
Apex Solar designs and delivers turn-key systems for Residential and Commercial
Customers. The Company's expertise in Systems Engineering, Project Management
and New Business Development will be critical to helping Customers access clean
solar energy with the highest return on investment.

David Janas is the President and CEO of Apex Solar. David
holds both a Masters in Engineering and an MBA. He has 22
years of international business experience while working for
Lockheed-Martin, Knorr Bremse AG, Exxon-Mobil, and Intel
Corporation. David is also a licensed C-10 Electrical &
C-46 Solar Contractor in California, a NABCEP certified
installer, and has instructed El Dorado County Building
Inspectors on Photovoltaic technologies.
Debbie Madden is the CFO and co-founder of Apex Solar.
Debbie holds degrees in both Marketing and Advertising.
She brings over 17 years of project management experience
from the high-tech industry. Debbie is also a licensed Real
Estate Salesperson in California, specializing in Solar
Energy Valuation Models.
